    The location was perfect and close to city attractions. Also, the staff was nice and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and the bed was heavenly.
    The pillows could've been more comfortable, there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the valet parking can add up pretty quickly.

    Very dissapointing.
    The room was quite comfortable.
    You walk through the bathroom to get to your room. There is no fridge and no ice machines in the floors. We tried to call down for ice and no one answered. Eventually I called the hotel outside line and spoke with someone. We waited 30 minutes and no ice. I called again and eventually after More than an hour I got ice. At 8.30 in the morning housekeeping rapped on our door and asked if we were checking out. Nice.

    The staff was great all around. A beautiful hotel.
    No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I had my 2 dogs with me so I was not able to go downstairs and sit at the bar and restaurant. The mattresses very too hard and very uncomfortable.

    Its a waste to pay $450 per night
    Even when I asked for the toilet to be fixed, it was not done. After that, I complained and moved the room, but they did not say sorry and assigned me to a smaller and worse room.

    Bathroom can be closed off from bedroom, but must walk through bathroom to get to hallway door. Toilet is private but shower is not if walking through bathroom to hallway

    Absolutely Amazing! Would love to stay again when we come back out to Austin.
    The property smelled clean. The restaurant food was delicious. Pool area was very clean. Beds were comfortable!

    Hip hotel near UT Austin
    Close to UT Austin campus. Nice gym.
    Odd layout of room where you enter through bathroom instead of hallway. Made it inconvenient to leave or enter room if someone was using bathroom. No room service after 11pm.
