Very good

We asked for bell cart in the morning. 30 minute wait n two calls and still no one showed up. We had to go down n get our own cart.

Superb

Great stay. Nice updated rooms and bathrooms. Very clean.

I could not get my wifi to work in my room. It was very frustrating and impacted my ability to complete some required remote work.

Great stay at JW Marriot in Austin.

It was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located to be able to attend the ACL festival.

Do not really have any complaints or negative comments.

Superb

Lively, safe, and well-run property that made business easy and pleasant.

I liked the large Lobby bar, multiple dining choices, and the Starbucks.

I did not like the beds. They were very uncomfortable. I also wished I had a bathtub.

Very good

great location. clean.

For the price - a microwave and fridge should be included in the hotel rooms that are $350 -$450 night. Ice delivery took forever so I had to do it on my own and ask twice for the fridge which smelled horrible. Other than that it was fine.
