Disappointing

The receiption of the hotel is the worst - zero focus, wrong information, wrong calculations

Its facing the playground warner brothers

The bathroom is dirty - floor is always dirty They dont keep enough water and slippers and towels

Great for the parks, not 5 star and a shambles at times

Beautiful building, good swimming pools, room was good

Bathroom was small, with bad water pressure. Staff inconsistent in terms of service. They seemed to be too busy, breakfast a little bit of a shambles, with pre-made pastries and no avocado. Coffee machine at breakfast help yourself. Sorry this isn't what's expected at a 5 star hotel.

Everything, staff wer friendly and very helpful and kind, breakfast and dinners at the hotel was great. Facilities at tye hotel wer furnominal.

They could do a better kids club, considering we book at this specific hotel for our kids.

Good for short stays to visit the theme parks.

Proximity to the theme parks was the initial reason we booked this hotel . The staff behind reception desk and in the restaurants are superb . Violah and Gray in particular stand out . The hotel manager is also lovely .

The unnecessary behaviour of security in the lobby gift shop . I did not see his name badge . But he was happy to follow me around the gift shop whilst he left my white husband to shop around in peace . Does he not realise if I can afford to stay in this hotel that I do not need to be followed around a gift shop ? Secondly the beds are hard.

Fabulous Christmas stay

Great staff/ breakfast/ location/ cleanliness .. our second time staying at this hotel! The Christmas day buffet was amazing and much better value than the UK!

It was a cold room and the housekeeping put the air con back to 19 whenever they attend. We all got sore throat off the air con and had to request extra blankets.

Spend 2 night in the WB hotel .The lady name Pretty who checked us in was very helpful gave us good rate for adding breakfast, the lobby area is creative it like walking into a cartoon room , room view facing WB indoor then park . There is shuttle bus to Yas mall and Ferrari world ,very convenient . Breakfast was fabulous , kids design their own waffle and pancakes

The shower water was cold and hot keep switching itself, bathroom is too small had to climb into the bath for a shower it quiet slippery. Not too impressed during check out, I waited behind the guest checking in and the lady open a new counter and called the person waiting behind me until I speak up and said I was waiting in the queue before them
