    The View Lugano is highly praised for its excellent stay, luxurious rooms with high tech controls, amazing view, and 5-star service. Guests loved the daily breakfast with fresh produce, the provision (Read More) of eco cars and bicycles for hire, and the prompt and clean room service. The hotel is close to the city center and the lake, although transportation to and from the train station could be improved. Overall, it is highly recommended and visitors would definitely return.

    I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

    Far too overpriced for a tiny, 18 room hotel with VERY average breakfast
    The view was ok (not the best from other properties we went to!)
    The rooms are tiny! They did a great job of photography for the site but in reality they are too small for the money you pay (we had a junior suite) and the rooms are SO HOT!

    Location and swimming pool
    The hotel needs more staff from the main entrance to all facilities. The price is far too expensive comparing to the hotel room or corridor of 5 star hotel. The sound barrier is too wake,you can hear the noise from the other room.

    The staff was very helpful from the 1st minute to the last, dont lose the keycard, 25 CHF penalty per a plastic keycard
    The view and the staff
    The location was far from anything, unless u want to relax and unwind, this is not the right location to enjoy the vibrant Lugano.
