In our opinion, we paid a high price for the value of this apartments

Apartments are new and it is still a central location, near by the center (8 min walk). Overall cleanliness is good and the apartment is well equipped.

The temperature couldn't be adjusted to a warmer setup in the control unit, which made the apartment to be at 21 degrees max. which was cold, considering we travelled with a 2 months baby. Due to this temperature in the apartment and as they have tile floor, we had condensation / wet floor in all the areas (specifically in the kitchen floor and badroom). The booking advertisement indicates a extra large bed (181 - 220cm) which wasn't the case, as we had only a 150 cm bed, which we reported to the hotel but we are still waiting for an answer....

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the lake and town centre. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful.

Wonderful apartments, covering every need

The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).

High-end accommodation in every way

Spacious, extremely clean, efficient aircon, excellent range of appliances - large fridge/freezer, combo oven/microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, bidet toilet, electronic safe. Salt and pepper grinders and olive oil was a nice touch. Quiet location about 10mins easy walk to lakefront or town centre. 2 mins from bus stop to railway station (all public transport in Ticino free with Ticino pass which can be requested from reception)

Perfect apartment but beds are uncomfortable

Great apartment with everything you need. Great space for luggage, walk in closet!

The beds were terrible, this was the only downside of this place. Both my husband and I experienced the same and we are completely different weight. Unfortunately this impacted sleep and hence the overall experience. Put a thin matrass on top (I think there beds are intended to have this) and it will be better. I would otherwise not stay here again.
