Loved the hotel and definitely will be coming back!!

- we loved our rooms, very spacious - we got a free room upgrade (we had 3 rooms) - super friendly staff! Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new years eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

Location was a bit far from the center.

Amazing two bedroom suite on the fifth floor with the most beautiful view of the lake. Staff was spectacular; room was huge with spacious bedrooms and sitting area. Balcony was amazing with a four top table and the best view you could have of Lake Lugano. The regular rooms are much smaller but the hotel and staff, and the two bedroom suite was superb. Thank you!

Perfect hotel in Lugano!

We LOVED our stay at this hotel in Lugano. The location is stunning and the staff is extremely friendly! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a classy and comfortable stay in the area. The breakfast buffet was one of my favorites! Thank you to the kind staff for welcoming us!

My room was very spacious with a large balcony. Very comfortable bed and a hotel tv that actually worked really well and was easy to use. Wonderful facilities with a large swimming pool and a tennis court. Very attentive and considerate service.

Bathroom a bit outdated but it was not a big deal.
