    My daughter and I arrived early to go to the first day of the cricket. Obviously our room wasnt ready but it was noted that we were in King room. Not something you want with your daughter. Adam on reception quickly made the adjustment with no fuss or trouble and housekeeping followed thru. Thank you for a great stay

    Distinctly average for the price.
    The room had a large private terrace and it had a comfortable bed. I lovely member of the housekeeping team took pity on me and carried my large amount of luggage up two very seep flights of stairs! Ill be forever grateful to him! Nicest guy in the whole hotel, Im sorry I didnt get his name!
    Saying they are dog friendly is an over estimation, they accept dogs in certain rooms and thats as far as it goes. No information on dog friendly places to take your dog, not friendly and the rooms are at the top of two large & steep stair wells, that were too steep for my dog to navigate, which meant I had to carry her and could have been H&S issue. The room was not very clean, cups, bins and water bowl were all dirty. The shower leaked everywhere. Staff were just unhelpful and give zero care for guests. Its a fend for yourself kind of place.

    Clean, friendly and painless.
    Staff was on-site for an after hours check-in. Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. All expected facilities were available. Being a single female traveller, I felt safe at all times during my visit.
    More information about parking and the ability to pre-book a "confirmed" parking spot prior to arrival would have been helpful. There was a big event in Sydney and I wasn't able to confirm a parking spot, so I ended up parking my car at another location and catching the train into the city. Only because I wasn't 100% sure parking would be available (actual parking website reported that it was fully booked) and I didn't want to get caught in the city with no pre-arranged parking

    Rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities needed, Great location, easy to walk into the CBD, Darling Harbour, catch the Light Rail.

    Clean rooms with good shower.
    Small rooms and no sound proofing. We could hear every car and person that walked past, along with other guests conversations down the hallway. Overpriced for what it is.

    Proximity to train, Darling Harbour & southern end of George St great with plenty of eateries.
    The location was perfect for our overnight stay near Central Train Station. The room was tiny. We had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious. Both were very clean though.
    The size of of the room was too small. We would have at least liked to not have to climb over the bed to get in & out.

    Its definitely a place to stay if you are coming in for work within the Central City area.
    It was only about 7 minutes away from all places that I had to go to during my stay I.e Conference Center, Shopping Centers, Train Station.. .
    The pungent smell along the corridor to the rooms, probably the floor carpet needs shampooing to take the smell away......otherwise all was good.
