Pleasant

Very beautiful property the aesthetics was perfect with excellent decor. I love the fact that it was decorated for the holidays with a huge Christmas tree in the lobby.

I had dinner at IL Cervo and had a bad experience with the squid ink pasta. I was in the bathroom all night after dining in there on Friday night.

I wouldnt stay at this hotel, unless I was going to an event across the street.

We had breakfast and dinner at llCervo. Pretty lack luster. Decor is great in the restaurant but food was just ok. We went to see Adam Sandler just across the road from the hotel so that was convenient.

We went there for my sons birthday, and they messed up one thing after another for them so it really put a damper on my Outlook for the hotel. basically the only good thing about the hotel is the location and I also liked the layout of the room.

Disappointing

Great beds and showers but needs a little work

The shower was incredible. The bed was very comfortable. The maintenance worker who fixed the tv and the toilet had us laughing.

Trash from the previous guest was still in the room. The tv didn't work and the toilet seat lid was broken off and leaning against the wall. When I approached the check in desk, the four employees there ignored me until I said something.

Very pleasant stay in a fantastic room with great view and location.

I loved the location. I did not drive, so could not comment on parking. Beautiful view of fiserv. Close to the music venue I attended and other good restaurants and breweries. Friendly staff, I felt very welcome. I liked the elevators required your card to get to your room. The rooms had good dampening of noise from the street and other room. The rooms had an elegant modern rustic feel. The room was very spacious with very high ceiling (looked to be over 10 feet). beautiful. The cleaning service people were very nice.

Only one issue was with one of the lamp fixtures that made a cowbell like noise with movement of the ground. I was able to adjust the lamp to fix the issue.
