Horrible, would never use Kinn again.
Never used it and choices were limited.
No real staff. Valet in break when I arrived. Car left unattended on street for over an hour. When I requested car in morning, no attendant on duty until 7 AM. Called emergency number and wound up in voice mail hell. Almost missed my flught.

A very nice hotel. Modern but not cold. Handy location, helpful staff.
Wonderful common areas with coffee, tea, and even unexpected pastries in the morning. Everything was very digital ... no keys. Love the high ceilings. Great shower/bathroom.
The street was busy and a little wild on Saturday night which made getting in with the keypad a little uncomfortable. But it was dark and rainy, so some of that was my fault.

Nice place.
We didnt realize there were two locations now and accidentally booked this one as opposed to Bayview, our fault! We had to pivot at the last minute - liked the proximity to the public market.
Youre really at the mercy of those also on your floor. Other folks on our floor left dirty dishes around the communal area which was kind of annoying, a big group from a different floor really took over the space by the fireplace on night, and we had to text the manager after 11pm one night due to a domestic issue in the room next to us. Nothing of this is against the hotel just really showing youre at the mercy of those around you with such a communal space.
