Superb

AMAZING... we were close to everything. Enjoyed a walk to the lake and the Public Market.

In a time when our society has begun to rely more on automated customer service and emails. The customer service was outstanding, we had a small issue with noise AND they went above and beyond. If you're debating about the value in the cost it is well worth the $$. Thank you Donna!! Professional, curteous, and pleasant. I spoke with not one but 3 of the housekeeping staff, just Lovely!!!

Small amount of noise later in the night, but we were on the 6th floor near the rooftop bar access. BUT again the staff was wonderful and resolved the issue.

Location is great.

Great location, modern, the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is smaller and even the service was good. it's not what it should be based on the price.

Excellent accommodations, friendly staff

The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast the following morning was very tasty! We'd happily stay again.

Large and spacious rooms

No restaurant open for lunch on a Saturday afternoon Over priced for overall quality of hotel far better value to be found in Milwaukee for less money
