Exceptional

Fun night!

Pretty decorating, the restaurants, large room, bed was comfortable.

I was supposed to have my parking validated but was still charged. The server in the Bar was not very responsive and we had to ask for service a few times.

The building is beautiful but the stay was definitely not worth the cost.

Our room was very clean and nice looking. The artwork throughout the building is fantastic.

For the very high price, the room was small, TV remote very frustrating, no washcloths for the bathroom. The main floor area is non-intuitive. Nothing to indicate where anything is or where breakfast was being served. Breakfast was mediocre with few options. Parking in the building was an extra $30.

Superb

Convenient location to the Marcus Center made this location perfect.

We loved all of the artwork as we are retired teachers, including one who taught art. We did not eat here.

The sink didn't drain well. Otherwise all was great.

Great experience for a wedding reception

A great location. It was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful.

Quite expensive. The breakfast was $25 per person which seemed steep for what was offered.

The beauty in the design, modern luxury for sure.

Drink prices (too high), I live in a small town and the bar is definitely making money off their drinks.

Disappointing

Not up to luxury hotel standards

It has a nice design and is very unique.

It was unique and I liked that but the instrument in my room was broken. So were the records and the record player. You cant claim to do things like that and then have them be broken. The rooms are extremely dark. It is depressing to stay there if its a dreary cloudy day. You have no light in the room. The bathrooms are not that nice. For an expensive hotel, it does not have the best customer service either. Its not as nice as the nicer hotels in the area. I just was very unimpressed.

The most amazing location, beautiful hotel with character, charm, cleanliness, and accommodati staff

Location was incredible. Not being familiar with Milwaukee and having 3 kids we took a shot and nailed it. To walk outside our hotel and see the river with the draw bridge, very unique experience. We walked everywhere and ate some pretty iconic Milwaukee food. Live music twice a day created a great vibe. Free champagne at checkin. The most amazing lobby smell. Gourmet coffee and each floor. ARIA's breakfast 10/10 - great value , quality, and staff.

We paid for a 400 sq foot King Bed with pull out ... it really was tight. Bathroom was not very spacious. We expected there to be a little more space. We travel with kids 6, 8, and 11.
