My room had doors connecting to the other rooms next to me with no soundproofing so I could hear my neighbors tv and every conversation they had.

My stay at the Pfister actually made me feel like a happier person.
This elegant grande dame of a hotel is beautiful. I had the good fortune to see it decorated for the holiday season, with gold and white lights and a glorious tree. The hotel staff were among the most charming, helpful and nicest that I have met anywhere in the world, and their warmth felt very genuine.
The room, while very clean and spacious, was a little dark and the decor dated.
