Super Christmas dinner, made by the hotel. The breakfast is good.

The hotel really need an update, is more a 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel at the moment. There are nothing near the hotel you must rent a scooter or take taxi/ grab.

Beautiful peaceful resort

Weve stayed in a poolside villa and thoroughly enjoyed it! Comfortable, nice decor, very private! Worth the extra penny for the pool access

It is a secluded resort- it was perfect for us, to relax after busy time and enjoy the peace and quiet, but I imagine its a bit far away from the town for some people.

The hotel itself really is absolutely breathtaking. Our room was a private garden room and it was so spacious and luxurious!

Only thing Id say is that for a 5 star hotel Id expect the staff to be more attentive. It almost felt a bit lonely there as there werent many guests and the bar wasnt open at night time so there was nothing to do and the location is quite secluded, you cant just walk into town to a restaurant and the food options here were not great.

A beautiful beach retreat

Room Selected was the perfect location in main building - several footsteps from the ocean Breakfast was varied and spoilt for choice Everywhere on site was clean, accommodating Swim up pool bar was nice Lovely pool BBQ evening dinner around the pool with live music is a must !! Sea water is lovely - private beach area with plenty sun beds Attentative beach staff Buggy drivers are very friendly & courteous

The room selected, trying not to be over critical, was let down by the staining of the kitchen & ancillary stone based sinks Very stained and off putting Room otherwise was big with bathtub facing the ocean with a huge cornered balcony on the first floor.

Everything, I don't know how it's a 5 stars hotel. we booked for 5 nights, we arrived the first night at 11pm after a 7h of flying + 30 min in taxi, to be surprised that hotel's restaurant closes at 10pm. second, most of the staff doesn't understand a word in English, they just answer yes yes/ no no the hotel is super far, and in a isolated area, the hotel is old, not well maintained. smells humid, otherwise the staff are trying to be helpful and nice, but the vibe is missing. it looks like a dead hotel. we spent one. night and asked to cancel our stay, hopefully they will refund as per what they say, the charged me for one extra night as cancellation fees, which I feel it's not fair, as they don't deserve it. Overall, very old hotel, you will feel like dying if you stay there, the breakfast was awful, very limited choices and not even tasty. Anyways, for the same amount of money, or a bit more you can get a real five stars hotel
