This bright and cheery inn is impeccably clean, staff is beyond helpful -- a great place to stay!
The staff is amazing! The owners are very accommodating... they really go the extra mile. The complimentary daily breakfast is homemade and delicious -- with a number of choices available. Breakfast runs from early morning until 11:00 a.m., which makes it great for everyone's schedule! All in all, Sea Breeze Inn is a friendly, happy place with top-down great attitude. Would love to return soon!
Would have enjoyed a 2nd floor ocean view unit (with balcony) in an ADA-equipped unit -- inn does have an elevator -- but the smaller, wheelchair-accessible first floor room worked fine.

It was pretty good on the whole.
It was very quaint. It was close to Newport. The room for the most part was comfortable.
The room was to small. The view from the balcony was the main drag.
