The staff was very welcoming, grounds were very nice. Location walking distance to downtown.

The rooms were immaculate, but the cleaning smell was a little too strong and I'm rather sensitive to chemicals.

Newport Stay

The staff, especially Serena, was great. She provided recommendations that were spot on, had our room ready for an early check-in, and made us feel welcome.

Not much you can do, but the parking is a little tight.

It is a beautiful place, with a wonderful garden, and I would be happy to stay there again.

Serena, the innkeeper. She is amazing -- attentive, welcoming, good natured, knowledgeable, and funny. She made the stay and I hope is well paid. She is outstanding. The inn is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in the suite and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was great and well used. I loved the garden and being able to walk out into it made the stay special. We had two breakfasts that were delicious with fresh ingredients and well prepared. Serena was extremely accommodating regarding dietary needs. It is a top notch place and we loved it. Thank you.

I have only one small issue. The people who were staying above us on both nights were rather loud. There was a lot of what sounded like furniture moving and stomping back and forth. It ceased, but it did go on for a while. I don't know if that's an insulation issue? We could have said something, but I didn't want to seem rude.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended

Great Location. Close to the cliffwalk and walkable to bars and restaurants. Serena, the owner was really nice and welcoming. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was in an ideal location for us! We appreciated the comfort and cleanliness as well!

My husband enjoyed the breakfast very much, ( I opted to stay in bed instead). He especially liked the frittata and we both agreed the coffee was great!

An amazing bed & breakfast. Serena is a wonderful host. She welcomed us and showed us the whole venue, which consists of 3 buildings and terraces and gardens to sit and relax. We had the most fabulous, spacious room during our whole vacation. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Homemade French toast with cream, berries, bacon and fruit decoration. Perfectly located only a few minutes walk from cliff walk as well as the waterfront. Absolutely outstanding place which by far exceeded our expectations.

Very welcoming a helpful staff. Comfortable and convenient.

The location was perfect for us, close to cliff walk start and walking distance to town. The room and bed was comfortable and we had a great stay. Our host Serena was an absolute star and the breakfast was delicious.
