Adequate accommodation but I wouldnt return.

Clean rooms.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Busy road, my rooms window faced a wall. No space outside to sit, basically the outside was parking spaces. The price seemed high for what you got, a room.

Very good

Overall a great place to stay in Newport. It is walkable to the beach, the Cliff Walk and several good restaurants. .

We loved the owners, how clean they kept the place and the location!

One thing we didnt like was how they did not have air conditioning on in the upper floors. Our room was fine because we had our own AC control, but the shared room was too hot to hang in.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

The location of the property is perfect for walking to the beach to avoid parking fees and traffic. Everyone is friendly and the room is kept very clean.

It wasnt a dislike, more of a heads up for future guests. Dont pack a heavy suitcase in case youre on the third floor. Multiple, lighter bags are better.

The room was super spacious and comfy.

When I booked the room it said ocean view... definitely misleading! the only view was of the Italian deli ( which is very good,btw ) next door. I paid more expecting the better view and didn't get it.
