Great Place!!

The location was great! I loved the keyless access to everything. This allowed everyone to come and go as they wanted. No worries about key coordination!!

Good location for a family.

Rooms for multiple family members, location close to restaurants and trolley.

Furniture was a bit older and sagging. Something continued to make a beeping noise our entire stay. Thought there was a front desk presence but you need a code to get in which comes via email and booking.com just before your stay.

Looking Forward to Coming Back!

I've previously stayed in this building, but this unit was absolutely amazing! Don't hesitate, just book! Also to note, there's a luggage storage, so although there's not a front desk, you can leave your luggage if it's before or after your checkin/out. Also, this is like 2 blocks away from the start of Bourbon and surrounded by great eats!

Not as pictured/advertised

The apartment was in serious need of a renovation. The walls are very dirty and the furniture is in poor condition. The sofa was stained and collapsed when sat on and one of the chairs was broken and fell backwards when sat on. The experience was very disappointing.

The place was rundown. The TVs would not connect to the internet so could not be watched. Maintenance came and replaced a Roku router on one but never returned to fix the other. Kitchen items were lacking and not sufficient for a two bedroom apartment. IThe refrigerator water/ice maker fell off exposing wires when the door opened or shut.

Superb

Lovely apartment in a charming building. Felt safe even when coming in late at night. Beds were extremely comfy and spacious. Good sunlight through living area windows.

Bathroom needs hooks for hanging clothes/towels and a safety grab bar in shower. Platform for bed makes a loud noise if your foot hits it -- maybe switch out for a wood platform ... not essential but might make the downstairs tenants happy.
