Great place and truly a jewel in Udaipur but it comes at a very steep price.

The property, staff and service was exceptional. This place is truly luxurious and beautiful.

The rooms had a faint stale smell. when you enter the room you get the smell. But once you are in the room u don't get the smell. I think they need to do something about that smell. I did call the staff and they tried to do something so that the room doesn't smell. but it didn't help. The smell was v faint. Maybe I have very sensitive nose.

Absolutely everything, calling this property spectacular is an understatement. The attention to detail from the time one enters the property is immaculate, the Managers and staff at all levels are phenomenal. Had I not prepaid for my non-refundable stay at the Taj Lake Palace, I would have undoubtedly continued my stay at the Oberoi Udaivillas . A special mention to the GM, Mr Ankush and Ms Suhani who were superb in meeting my every request. They made us feel like family and royalty at the same time. Words cannot explain how impeccable this resort is. The one and only jewel resort to select if you deciding on luxury accommodation in Udaipur. The client centricity of the staff is beyond amazing , I will only come to Udaipur again for this property. Have travelled worldwide but this was my most magical experience to date. To the Udaivillas entire team , thank you for a beyond amazing experience.

The most stunning hotel, hospitable staff and incredible dining experiences we've ever encountered

The staff including the manager Ankush were some of the most hospitable we've ever had the pleasure to meet and compliments to the kitchen as the dining experiences were exceptional for each and every meal.

Weddings and functions at neighbouring hotels meant that we were unable to enjoy the tranquility of the property and a decent nights sleep due to blaring music from 3pm up till midnight for each day of our stay.

Impeccable services and facilities. Food was great with ample choices. Hotel staff went above and beyond their duty to ensure our best experiences there. We would highly recommend this hotel. The SPA was superb as well.

Great place, very quiet and stylish.

Absolutely good 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, spacious in every respect. One can be there in quiteness. No noise from the city. Attendent servants. A lot of space which is enjoyable.

A bit too many servants (which often is the case in India). But very well trained. The gym could have been better equipped for a top hotel.
