Nice pool area and close to the beach

The room smelt of damp, it was very small room, they placed us right beside the communal toilets so we couldnt sit outside on our terrace. The walls / floors were very thin and there was noise everywhere

I believe its an excellent hotel overall

Its an updated and clean option for Montauk right off the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town. The staff at the front desk couldnt be kinder and more accommodating. They always greeted with a smile and were approachable and had excellent customer service skills. Facility and rooms were very clean

At this price point , its not acceptable to 1. Not have a keirig or Nespresso is the rooms. One shouldnt have to leave the room to have coffee. If there isnt a machine in the room coffee should be provided in lobby. Paying for coffee isnt expected at this price or at any hotel in 2023. Even motels I have to stay at for travel sports have Keuirg in room now. The showers also arent ideal. A small shower is fine but a waterfall shower head in middle of small shower makes washing hair and body difficult without constantly turning off water.
