The breakfast indeed many options and it's so yum, the location is perfect with that view!. I loved my room a lot, but I had a back pain because of the pillow. The security guy I believe his name is Almas, was so polite and kind when we were walking at night outside the hotel he told us it's not allowed w/o any of the stuff, but even tho he made for us a small tour and we saw a Gazal! was an amazing experience.

When I arrived I waited for 5min someone to come and help me, none of the valet came to me all of them were standing front of me with 1 car just talking or argue with the that guest. Then another car came and she gets so mad to help her. none of them came until I went inside and check in and then told the lady I need someone to help me with my luggages and to take my car!. there wasn't any of mini bar thing which is totally empty and a new thing for me to be in a hotel with 5 stars have no mini bar, toothbrush, and soap, until I ask for it.

After this experience, nothing pleased me anymore!

We unfortunately had a very negative experience with this hotel. It appears that only regular customers are considered valuable, while other guests seem to receive little attention. A specific guest behaves as if he owns the hotel, engaging in disruptive behavior at the pool, loudly talking on the phone, and consistently staring and smirking, negatively impacting our stay. Despite repeated harassment, I initially remained silent to maintain harmony. However, his behavior became increasingly unbearable. On one occasion, when I looked at my phone to highlight how annoying it could be, he immediately confronted me, insisting I be quiet. He was uncooperative and even complained to the manager, who then reprimanded me like a schoolchild. It was frustrating that the hotel management did not stand up for the concerns of other guests. The mentioned guest acted recklessly and seemingly harassed the staff. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to check out on the same day. Although the hotel manager was friendly, he couldn't control the problematic guest. No upgrades, complimentary drinks, or solutions were offered. Instead, we were advised to keep our distance from this guest, preferably avoiding the pool altogether or sitting in the farthest row to avoid disturbing him. The staff even reported threats from this guest, claiming he would "destroy" them if his wishes weren't met. The guest, who seemingly considers the entire hotel his own, arrogantly claims the best spot at the pool and exhibits extremely rude behavior without regard for other guests. His submissive wife should be ashamed as well. We were practically forced out of the hotel, giving the impression that the hotel values no guests other than this problematic one. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. As a regular guest, this individual seems to wield significant influence, and the risk of him spoiling the holidays for others with his unpleasant behavior is high.

Perfect experience

The stuff were friendly, location was perfect when you have a car with you, the room was clean and neat. The breakfast has variety of delicious dishes.
