Excellent place and staff

Excellent hotel and all staff were amazing, kid and helpful. Their hospitality and care for the guests blew our mind. The way they organised and catered for over 2k guests for NYE gala dinner was remarkable. Highly recommend the hotel and will be definitely coming back just to stay and enjoy the facilities. Breakfast options were plenty and chefs were ready to make out of the menu food for us. Big thumbs up.

I had come to this hotel before and this was my second time, but I will not come again, the booking price of the booking site was completely different from the hotel admission price, and the hotel somehow defrauded the customers for the gala dinner and New Year's Eve party, all the hotel customers objected to the admission. They did and they just smiled impudently, it was really shameful, our reservation for 3 nights was about 1150 euros on the website, but at the time of reception, they forcibly demanded another 1600 euros and said that if you don't pay, we won't let you enter the room and we will cancel the entire reservation. All the money you pay will be burned, I really remembered the time of World War I and prehistoric events, it was really shameful, I am really sorry that you forced customers like this. In addition, half of his swimming pool was closed and was only active with 50% capacity, while he had not informed at all

I tried to iron my clothe but I stopped immediately and it almost burned my clothe but I was lucky and I called the receptionist and they talked my clothes and cleaned the black dirt Please check all iron in all rooms before someone get his clothes damage

The hotel is grand and lavish. We booked the family suite and it was very very spacious and squeaking clean. The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was stupendous. Special mention for the staff at the restaurant. They are genuinely polite and helpful. Even at the peak load of the restaurant they served well. Check in and check out was very quick.

I cannot think of anything. For my family it was a perfect stay
