Very good

Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Good location in Randwick

Not enough parking available. Had to part at Wilsons parking at The Spot in Randwick. Not too far to walk though. Parking was not cheap but not prohibitively expensive

Good for people wanting to visit Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs on a budget but dont expect anything fancy

Common outdoor area was cozy and great to sit in during the sun. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing leaves much to be desired, be prepared to hear most people moving around your room. The bathroom facilities were very small, and old. Plumbing took a while to heat up and tiling and chrome finishes were stained and rusted. Shower-head was old and sputtered and was uncomfortable. Some of the tiling was cracked and we noticed a few bugs flying in the shower. Property lists streaming services available but it was not available in our room

Location is the only good thing

Location maybe is the only plus since it is close to the Light Rail and shops.

The room and the bathroom were not cleaning properly and even when cleaned for the next day the bathroom was not cleaned at all - it wasn't touched. Only beds were done with new towels. Disappointing.

Very poor

I had stayed before and had a lovely experience. This time was a completely different one.

I was not aware that the room was different that the one that we stayed previously. I can understand that was my fault as I didn't check that this one was on the basement and did not have any windows. We just use the room to sleep so I was just upset that I didn't like the room, I requested the staff to spray some air freshener as it had a bit humidity smell. The worst part is that after almost a week my husband is still sick after having the air conditioner on his face, that bed was supposed to be for my 2 year old but he cried during the night and was so cold on his face. There cannot put the air conditioner directly to a bed. It should not be there. Is so unfortunate to have lived this experience.

Good

The location was great, bed was comfortable & room was clean.

So disappointed that there was no hot water. We got caught in heavy rain & a hot shower was desperately needed, but the water was cold. On day 2, the water was only lukewarm. This was a huge inconvenience & we really expected better. As it was Christmas there was no one available to discuss the issue with.

The comfortable of bed, cleanness of room and near to cogee beach only 20-25 min walk; near randwick shopping centres, many resto near by.

Not convenient for car stop by ( no park lot) Room is not too spacious as we stay for 3 persons. The light in the room is not bright enough for reading activities.
