The location was beautiful. My family enjoyed every bit of it.
I feel the food options could have been more. We visited during the christmas arrival, but there were no music, no events. The resort was looking with no festive vibes.

Total insults by the restaurant staff, laughter all around, it was so much that i felt like i need to complain; as if a joker has come
Total insults by the female staff of reception in evening in second last day; laughters, as if a joker has arrived, no control whatsoever
Lack of respect by that 45 yeared person taking me to the beach region in buggi on that day
laughter, majaaks & disrespectful behaviour by that buggi boy on last day at checkout
rash driving by driver - the car provided to mangalore
dearth of options for a good comfortable level car with lalit tag
C grade lalit car given to kozhikode on checkout

I would not recommend this place to anyone for a stay
Property is very beautiful
The overall service and hospitality was extremely unsatisfactory:
1- Welcome drinks not served
2 - rooms were provided at 3 pm instead of the check in time 2 pm. 1 hr delay than the expected time
3 - They had promised to provide complimentary cake as it was our special occasion but than was not provided
4- in the remove telephone , tv remote was not working we had to ask for the same
The price what we paid the service compared to than was extremely disappointed would not recommend this place to anyone for stay

This is my second stay. We repeated the stay as the experience was good, the second stay was bad
The property surronding is excellent with access to beach
The buffet management team had messed up the vegetration and non vegetrain options and from a 5 start resort its a complete disater. They were under staffed maybe because any help desk response took time

The place was good. The room size was also good.
Food is very expensive, and the property is not value for money. The housekeeping staff did not put any chargeable items in fridge neither they check when we were leaving, but we got a call from reception asking for the payment. The reception was very rude, did not greet guests. Where we can pay so much for room why will we eat the items and not pay? It was the worst experience.

Good but not excellent.
The property was big and lot of natural landscaping. Lot of open space which was good. Staff was good and friendly.
Food could have been better, was very average especially for the price. On similar lines breakfast was average. The jacuzzi had to be operated externally. Hospitality overall could be better, considering we had stayed in the Taj property before this so the difference was evident.

The location and the food and the staff..the hygiene cleanliness are top class. The serenity is amazing..this is place where u lose all ur worries and get lost..the beach is amazing..the view of the lagoon is stupendous

We liked the property , the food and the location !
The backwater and beach access. The restaurant and its staff were good and friendly. The food was tasty and we enjoyed it. The swimming pool was clean and nice(though there were broken tiles inside) .
Wish the housekeeping was better. The jacuzzi in our room was not maintained well and very dirty. There were hairs in it which we ended up cleaning . The outdoor play area for kids was not maintained well.
