    Really lovely apartment - worked very well for family of five stay for three nights
    Excellent spacious accommodation with very helpful staff and all the facilities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was even a Christmas tree in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of good places to eat and a small supermarket nearby as well.
    Pretty off-putting having three strip clubs within 100 metres of the place but this did not cause any problems while we were there. Enjoyed going to the Lyceum theatre which was a short walk away, and not much further to get to the castle etc so the location was fine overall.

    A whole apartment for the price of a hotel- yes please! The flat comes with everything - even dishwashing tablets and laundry pods! There is a supermarket 2 minutes down the road. The location is great- you are right in by the Castle (10 min walk up lots of steps or 20min by flatter route)
    Parking is a bit expensive, and the parking area is around a one-way system so if you miss it, it's a few minutes drive to get back

    excellent apartment in great location.
    Excellent location, walking distance of everything. Airport tram stop about 13 min walk away. Lots of cafes, bars etc within 5 mins. Also a Sainsburys around the corner. The apartment was warm & quiet. The cleaner was very friendly and kept the place spotless.

    Perfectly located
    The location was amazing. Grassmarket is very close with many restaurants. 10 min walk from exceptional clubs (Bongo Club and Sneaky Pete's). Soundproofing is remarkable. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Will definitely come back.

    Good but expected more for what you paid
    The location was close to attracrions. Staff was friendly and helpfull.
    Property was very dated and carpets and furniture was very dirty. The place also smelled like someone smoked in the flat. Location was on the other hand not perfect for family as it is next to strip clubs.

    Good accommodation, as we were upgraded to an apartment with two bathrooms
    Didn't really like the fact that we had to pass Private apartments that unfortunately were obviously cooking fish which made the communial passage way appear stinky

    Perfect Property for Tourist destination.
    Overall experience was fantastic. Very good for family and friends. Location was great, very close to everything. Ms. Rachel Reception was very friendly and helpful, she helped me for online payment of toll (for Tyne Tunnel) for my car.
    Everything was perfect. (bit expensive but)
