One of the best hotel experiences ever!!!

Classic aesthetic and very spacious suite. One of the best hotel experiences. Great location - within walking distance of the city centre and the tram is a short walk away too. Honesty shop was also a great feature and well priced. We look forward to staying again!!!

Cozy, friendly hotel in a quiet part of New Town.

Very cozy, fireplaces in the lobby and room, convenient to have the little honesty shop, large room with really high ceilings, comfortable bed, great shower pressure and temp! Even enjoyed the deep claw foot bathtub. Pretty walkable location between the river and old town (20 mins), quieter than being in the thick of things, but still plenty of places for dinner and breakfast nearby. Friendly, helpful staff.

Too bad that they dont offer breakfast.

Christmas weekend break

Excellent communication. Room was ready for early check in. Parking very easy and reasonable. Two large rooms. Travelling with teenage daughter so a luxury for her to have her own private bathroom. Warm and welcoming. Festive decorations. Central location. Excellent view.

Two very small things. The shower wasnt very powerful. The light in the step up to the bathroom could not be turned off so the room was not dark enough.

Great stay in Edinburgh

Our room was huge!! So much space we were blown away. Bath was lovely, room was warm, comfy bed, nice staff.

Tiny bit further out of town but wasnt a massive issue. Would have been nice to have extra toiletries such as cotton wool etc

Perfect place to stay

Was a very luxurious place to stay with great views over Edinburgh. Close enough to walk to the centre but was in a really nice quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable.

Nothing, we wished we were there for longer.
