Not a Five Star experience in the least. Incredibly high price for value.

the sheets and bed were very comfortable; Some of the service personnel were very personable and professional - the bellhop, valet (1 out of 2 guys) and both of the front desk women were wonderful. I like how they greeted us by name.

The bartender was incredibly rude to a client and made us feel very uncomfortable to witness the interaction. The bathroom was rather small and dated - the shower is a cheap metal frame and so close to the toilet my partner hit his head on the shower door handle when getting up from toilet. One valet man was extremely anxious for a tip handout that he was a pest. The prices for cocktails are ridiculous - $30 for Negroni The breakfast buffet on Sunday was super disappointing - dry eggs, no charcuterie, no station to have custom eggs made, pastries we completely missed as they were outside the buffet room - the waitress spill coffee on table and my saucer and just left it like that - didn't mop up or anything just said her coffee pot was leaking. No turn down service as advertised, until we called for it FAKE rose in bathroom and on dining tables - when the property has the most amazing gardens - such a simple thing.

Generally the stay was good. The Biltmore Inn was great.

I didn't like that the staff that serviced the room reorganized all my cosmetics on the bathroom counter. That should not happen! They also moved my clothes in the room. That also should not happen!

Excellent property my wife enjoyed her birthday.

Very relaxing

When we went down for formal dinner, there was a gentleman in flip-flops and shorts. I thought this was more formal dining. There were also two other gentleman with short sleeve shirts. one couple had children and the child had a scooter she was riding through the dining room.

Not worth the money.

Got late checkout and they didnt honor it. We were woke up at 8am and had dnd sign on the door. Went to breakfast came back to find housekeeping started cleaning our room way before our checkout. Then came back again and argued with me about it. I go to a manger and they did nothing. Will NOT stay here again. What a waste. The beds are old and uncomfortable and staff is rude except sweet gentleman at front desk with Pony tail.
