The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent servi (Read More)ce. The location was convenient with walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the ski lift. Noteworthy details include ski valet services and a responsive manager who replaced a confiscated snow globe. Some guests enjoyed dog-friendly amenities and the cozy fireplace in their rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was great for a ski trip to Vail, though some were surprised by an automatic gratuity charge for valet services.

Luxurious comfort at Vail Mountain

Location very convenient for Eagle Bahn Gondola. Fireplace in room was lovely.

Should have a system to allow reuse of towels if desired for sustainability purposes.

the property was beautiful! The amenities were fantastic! The staff has been exceptional, all so helpful & full of smiles & energy. This hotel was one of my favorite Ive ever stayed at. It elevated my experience without a doubt. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in vail.

disappointing from our last visit which was wonderful

nicely appointed

everything was out of service from water fountains to room key maker draft beer conference food not good at lunch and staff did not keep changing dishes full
