Everything was ok, exept small beds

Location

Small double beds OMG, they were like 134cm wide, and thats not propriate for tall people like my husband and me. We slept in one, and our daughter in other one, beside us. Horrible experience, even for 2 nights

I bragged about this wonderful place to family and friends and sent them pics and they were amazed!

The Sonnenalp was stunningly beautiful inside and out. Our room was like a suite!

The breakfast was good but WAY OVERPRICED AT $56.00 EACH!

Proximity to the Village was great, could walk everywhere. The spa was fantastic and having restaurants on-site was a bonus.

Exceptional stay!

Anna at check-in was FABULOUS extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Shes an asset to your property for certain. Breakfast in Ludwigs was a real treat - excellent! Loved our stay!

That we had to leave! Awesome time well be back thank you!

Our 7 year old son said this was the best vacation ever!

We loved the charming interiors of the entire hotel and especially our room. Each morning we woke up in our cozy beds and had coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The views are truly spectacular.

Beautiful hotel. The Valet service and front desk help needs much improvement

We loved the location. Architecturally the hotel is extraordinary. The authenticity is 100 percent. This is as close to Bavaria as one can get.

Valet lost our keys to our car. Lots of searching til they found them. A couple of front desk clerks were curt and dismissive. The concierge was never to be found.
