went to front desk about fireplace. Maint beat me back to room. Great response time!

did not know about breakfast. location was perfect. Pilot on fireplace went out 2-3 times but staff was extremely responsive. Maintenance personnel responded immediately.

did not like price but that is what you pay to stay in vail village.

Why stay anywhere else?

Excellent location. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Restaurant happy hour in the basement was unbeatable

Men's room sauna was inoperative. Rooms a bit dated but why are you spending time in your room?

Great location, pleasant amenities, difficult in the summer with no AC in a popular/ noisy area

Location was perfect and having an indoor/ outdoor pool and hot tub area was very nice. Staff were friendly and the place was clean

The lack of A/C meant we had to leave windows fully open for fresh cool air. Unfortunately, our windows were directly above the pool and hot tub areas so the room constantly smelled of chlorine and evening noise was very high. Also the curtains were very heavy, so obstructed air when closed - so they couldnt be used foto buffer the noise or sun.

Fantastic stay at a top hotel.

Location was fantastic and the facility was everything you'd expect in a 5 star hotel in a mountain resort. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool and spa were well maintained and wonderful. The room was aptly furnished with plenty of sitting area and a small, well stocked kitchen.

Parking- although it's not clear on the web site or booking.com, you will pay $35 per day in the public parking garage across the street. There is no on-premise hotel parking. The room did not have air conditioning and could get a little stuffy in the afternoons but this really isn't a problem at night since it cools down so much. Just open the windows.
