Wonderful accommodations with excellent service!

This hotel was immaculate and exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and an excellent and helpful staff. The hotel is dated but well maintained.

Excellent location in the heart of Vail. We did not eat in the hotel. Many fine restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent location! Great room size!

The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment!! Food was cold and not choices. It was very expensive for bad eggs and undercooked bacon. No where was it mentioned it was a buffet and the breakfast menu is on the website. So if it isnt being offered you just update your information. Also the information about it being a buffet and the price should be in the messages you send out before we check in.

Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.

Some areas are not stroller friendly. A bit of a walk from the Vail village promenade. Lack of room service may be a negative for families with young children.

Great location but overpriced.

Location was great. Very centrally located.

For the price, the room was quite small and nothing special. I was there for 3 days and my room was never cleaned and we ran out of coffee pods. The chromecast constantly didn't work.
