    We would definitely come back!
    The staff was super friendly and helpful. They treat their guests like family. The location of this property is excellent. You are close to gondola one for hoping on the mountain for some fun and you are very close to shops and restaraunts.
    Everything was perfect especially the heated bathroom floors.

    The Austria Haus was amazing and the best part of our trip to Vail!
    The Austria Haus was a breath of fresh air! The hotel and rooms were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly inviting and accommodating! The hotel was our absolute favorite part of the trip.
    Vail as a city has a different vibe and pace from other ski towns nearby. While it has the look of a gorgeous Bavarian village, its hard to feel immersed when wading through a sea of Instagram influencers. No matter where you walk in the city, at any time of day, youre going to background of someones reel. People come to see and be seen and the main character energy is palpable. The staff in most restaurants were also incredibly rude, with hostesses either ignoring guests walking into the restaurant for an uncomfortable amount of time, or just overtly rolling their eyes at our child sleeping in the stroller. If I ever return to Vail, it certainly wont be as a family vacation. However, with other ski resorts so close by I would say that with the views, skiing, food, and shopping, Vail just wasnt worth the hype.
