    Enjoyable short stay in central Adelaide.
    Friendly staff. We were upgraded to lovely big room with all the facilities you could need. A good location for central market, bus station and restaurants and good walk to gallery and museums.

    Very friendly staff at check-in, convenient location in the city centre (& even more so if you're catching a bus/coach from Central Station). Quirky decor & the room facilities were excellent!

    The hotel with character but modern and clean
    I booked for the location where is in the middle of town, close to shopping streets, market and China town and the bus centre. The room is modern and clean.
    The bus centre where is in front of the hotel had some people who were sleeping on the ground. If anyone who does not like noise of pub, this place may not be suitable though the noise stopped early enough.

    I didn't like the creeky floors but that's normal I'n an old pub

    We stayed 3 nights. Room is small but comfortable. However the shower let this hotel down it was all spray and power.
    Central location, close to Chinatown, central market and tramlines.
    No staff available overnight/early morning.

    I would not recommend even if there had been a functional coffee machine.
    Bed was comfortable, location wasnt bad, barman/receptionist helped carry my bag up the steps as there was no lift.
    Broken coffee machine, no staff available after bar closed, black walls and carpet with no decor.

    Comfort, character and history make a special stay.
    A beautiful room set in a historic hotel which was something different to the standard hotel room. Lots of space, large comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a shower and huge bath.

    perfect location, perfect accommodation, amazing hospitality by the staff!
    fantastic hospitality once we arrived, perfect location - close to China Town and about a 15/20 min walk to the mall area. The suites themselves are gorgeous and the minibar is stocked for you on arrival (complimentary). we would stay here again, and thank you again for the wonderful hospitality!

    Quirky, comfortable..free goodies in bar fridge which was a nice touch .. balcony was pleasant to sit out on ..
    The steps ,getting our bags up and down ..and street parking ..$5.00 hour free after 6pm till 8am ..so we did find a park Infront of the hotel ..so not a real problem..
