    Overall a great experience.
    Location is good, but it is quite far from the beach. Food is tasty .
    Room lighting was very dull. Cafe had limited and overpriced Menu . Expected live band and music and some fun activities in the evening which were not present.

    If you like and isolated place on a mountain, this is the place. Its very clean and well kept.
    Property is very clean and located at an isolated location on a mountain. Very well kept and all facilities at very good. Food is fantastic with local cousin. Quite and peaceful.
    Size of swimming pool is small. Location is at some distance from city and beach.

    My Family Stay with Fern Samali
    The staff was very cooperative. Just tell them some issue they will take action immediately. Especially all the staff in restaurant including manager and chef all were excellent. In staff I must mention name of Kiran he was exceptional with the service and the way of dealing with to customers. In all good package definitely worth value for money being paid. We are happy.
    The beds were too soft so some issues for back pain happened could be improved further.

    Special mention to Aniket the manager at the fern samali front desk he was was very helpful. Miss Pooja for her nature trail. Her enthusiasm for nature and birds she taught us so much. She showed state bird green pigeon. Entire staff were friendly.
    We booked 2 tulips rooms on 14 Oct to 15 Oct 2023. 4 PPL Family. Rooms had balcony best views from both rooms. But Rooms seemed old needed management. For example cleanliness. Spiderweb was found next intercom area. Overall nice pleasent experience. Food was good.

    Great rooms and food, good stay place for leisure
    Spacious big hygienic rooms..great place to enjoy the rains from balcony..nice view with farm animals around so kids enjoyed..food was very tasty with good spread
    As large number of groups coming in, the restaurant is a bit small in size..maybe they could open another restaurant to accommodate or expand the same..also as much as rooms are clean, outside and premises of property is not that clean..restaurant, indoor play area and garden needs to be better maintained..wifi is weak, but for leisure thats fine can do without it amongst nature..too many steps and slopes for senior citizens so need to be careful while walking in rains..lastly, approach to dapoli has become bad in rains, may improve post that

    Ok for One time stay..
    The location is perfect. Amazing staff. very helpful. Specially mentioned, Ravindra from Restaurants, was very polite, and helpful. Vipin from SPA. very professional.
    first and foremost, They don't accept Amex cards. Additionally, We booked a Mangnolian cottage - a King-sized bed has two small Matrices, very uncomfortable. AC remote and TV remote were useless due to weak battery. They don't serve beer at Pool Cafe. food is also average.
