    Did not find location direction. Very dangerous as near highway if u miss the turn u are on highway and don't know how to return. No signs and no boards. They should put. As when u come at night u cannot see.

    Booked for 2 nights and wanted to go back home the first night itself.

    The pool is secluded with no proper facilities such as hot water shower, proper changing room for kids etc. The rooms are small and congested. The buffet is boring, not many options and the food is not tasty either. Expensive stay!

    Rooms were clean and spacious
    Hospitality Food was not consistently good No proactive concern for customers No cleaning of rooms Mismanaged customers service Delay in checkin till 2.30 not given room But reminders on checkout call from reception at 11 am

    Though hotel did meet our expectations with good food, good room size and utilities items kept in room, ambience was ok, staff was good. But this place looked more friendly for corporate use.
    Specifically the sports area which was very badly maintained with so much moisture that we could not spend 5 minutes also in that area. We do not appreciate this as stay with family would mean children wanting to use such facilities. Moreover, the gates remained opened which was a big no as this is prone to security issues.
