    Great location. Very relaxing to have entire apartment. Bathrooms are very large and nice. Helpful to have a kitchen.
    The lady at front desk was doing something when we checked in and didn't take care of us until she was done. I had already paid but she charged us a resort fee. I had paid one when I initially booked. When checking out we explained this and she removed the charge but did not apologize. Beware of duplicate fees!

    Nice, clean and plenty of kitchen items to cook with.
    The additional parking lot was a long way from our unit. We only parked there once when family gave us a ride back to our unit. The road was long and dark to walk along. Wild animals were out. We are used to having plenty of parking spaces numbered for each unit. Non numbered spaces are close to the units rented which are first come first serve. Doubt we will return to this complex.

    We enjoyed the stay here. It is centrally located to all the places we wanted to see. The facilities were nice, and having a kitchen was helpful.

    Great visit to Williamsburg!
    The units were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Instructions for check out were clearly conveyed. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and my granddaughter enjoyed swimming and the outdoor hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!
    We had no complaints.

    I'll give it another chance.
    Spacious, separate bedrooms, large shower and tub.
    Our couch was covered in stains, the chairs were dirty. We couldn't spend time together in the living room. It was nicknamed the orphanage. A black light is needed and new chairs and a couch.

    The location and the walk in unit for my mother.
    The room had a mold smell when we arrived and the staff said they couldnt give us any spray, we had to buy it ourselves.
