Other then a minor pool issue everything was wonderful

Its beautiful, lots to do, comfortable, clean, spacious.

Hot tub got crowded with lots of children and wasnt enjoyable. Had grown adults/there kids doing flips into the water splashing people that didnt want to get wet.

In need of an update

Convenient location for getting around Williamsburg by car. Good selection of TV channels.

Have stayed in several of these Williamsburg resorts, and this is not my favorite. Dated, gloomy 2-bedroom unit. Dark interior. Furniture in LR uncomfortable. Minimal, basic, cheap kitchen utensils, everything needs an update.

Avoid at all costs

The price when booking was a good deal. It offered two rooms for what seemed like a good value

Staff at check in were rude, and to have to be forced to talk to their concierge to discuss time shares is off putting. The first room was filthy, caked on food on the dining room chairs, hair in the bathroom tub, crumbs on the floor, not even looking like it was cleaned. The second room we were moved to had a dead roach in the kitchen as soon as we walked in. The third room was cleanest, but considering it was a non refundable booking, we settled for this option.

Easy and enjoyable!!

We were visiting the area and it is so well located!! Loved that! The condo was very nice very clean and well supplied. Also liked the amenities although we were not able to use them they were very nice!! Next time!

Spacious and clean suite - will be back!

The suites were spacious, the place was extremely clean and the amenities were great. If we were there longer, I would have liked to check out the pool - so we'll be back.

was a wonderful trip

the room was very clean, staff was very nice and efficient, easy check in and room was ready early which was very accomadating. this was our second stay and there will definatey be a third

check out is at 10 housekeeping was there at 930 to clean the room which we were in the process of leaving but had not checked out yet so i felt a bit rushed
