The king suite at Club Wyndham Patriots Place was perfect despite the outdated kitchen. The location is convenient and close to all activities in Williamsburg. The resort is well-maintained and offer (Read More)s detailed amenities. The room was clean and worth the price, although some areas could use updates. The staff, including the concierge and maintenance, were helpful and polite. The older timeshare property is satisfactory and conveniently located near restaurants, the visitor center, and W&M campus.

Good

This was our most disappointing stay in a Wyndham resort.

Location was good. We were within 10-12 minutes of everything we wanted to do.

Left sink water faucet in bathroom was loose. (16 201A) There was no bath mat and I almost fell in the bathtub because it was very slippery. The noise from the room beside us kept us awake half the night. The walls are apparently very thin, because they werent being that loud.

I love everything about the place except for the check-in.

Comfortable and clean accommodations Great location close to shopping attractions and food

Annoying sales pitch at checkin. After a long drive in the rain I just want my room key.

It was fine,

My stay was fine. The neighbors I had were not great. As they were loud.

There was pricing listed for cheaper upon check in. The resort told me to contact booking.com To get the price adjusted, booking.com Told me to speak to the resort. Needless to say I spent 50% more that the person who booked the same day.
