Guests loved their stay at Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg. They praised the well-equipped townhouse with separate levels for families. The grounds were beautiful and had a po (Read More)ol, hot tubs, and a playground. The staff, especially Laura at the front desk, provided excellent service. The location was convenient for visiting historic sights and nature trails. However, some guests were disappointed that the property was not dog-friendly and mentioned minor issues with power outages and renovations. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay with comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities.

Sufficient.

It was sufficient for our needs.

Too busy. Too much like a residential community. No privacy. Did not have a vacation feel. Long wait for check in at lobby.

Other than checking in my stay was great

Well we did have breakfast wasn't told there was breakfast check in was a head ache. They couldn't find my reservations and didn't know there was a extra 256.00 for security and resort fee's.

Check in could of been a lot smoother if during my online booking had explained the extra fee's

Our two night stay at your property was convenient for what we needed to do.

The room was clean and satisfactory. The apartment had a open floorplan that fit our needs. The property was close to Williamsburg, Old Town Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens which was a plus. There was available parking in front of the apartment.

The room was in need of an over haul. It was dated from the time of the original build. The cracks in the wall gave the impression that the maintenance was not a priority. It was not a showcase apartment that reflects what Hilton is trying to sell. We were surprised with the requirement to attend a time share sales program, it was never mentioned in our on-line reservation.

Disappointing.

Front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. Coffee shop guy was also very friendly. Pleased with them.

Clump of hair in our bed. Spiders and bugs in our sheets. Tv didnt work at all, no connection to channels. WiFi was not working. Broken blinds on floor when arriving at room. For $200 a night we were very disappointed. The Bluegreen resort we stayed at the nights before coming here was cheaper and much higher quality, more modern appliances, cleaner, bigger walk in shower, way more value for the dollar. Will not be staying at Hilton again.
