Just perfect :)

Stunning rooms, Even better than the photos. Very comfortable beds and the fold out bed was even comfortable. Only 15 min to Williamsburg colonial village but would be longer in summer with traffic.

Wish we had more time to explore the hotel.

This will always be our go to, beautiful in every way.

It was quiet and relaxing and the grounds were beautiful as always.

The bathroom needed a little more TLC the toilet paper holder was swinging off the wall, and the shower caddies kept falling knocking our soaps down.

Wonderful Short Stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The shopping outlet was only 10 minutes from the Resort.We stayed in Jamestown Commons building, which was very nice and very clean.. We also enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, showers, and heated indoor pool. No complaints . We look forward to coming back to enjoy the other amenities and upgrade to a Villa next time. You will not regret your stay.

Parking can be tight if you want to visit the pool, Bistro 1699, or marketplace. Check in not until 4pm and check out is at 10 am.

Clean and relaxing

It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We could check in 2 hours earlier than the check in time which is 4 pm. The hotel offers a few on-site events, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, free parking, and ample bathroom supplies, which is a relief compared to the annoyance of small shampoo bottles commonly found in hotels.

The only thing which disappointed us was the non-functional coffee maker. As it was late at night we were too tired to call the room service to fix it.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Nicely appointed and clean rooms

Bathroom counter was small, not enough room to put items on and needed more space for extra towels. Property was far from main building and no parking for the building that had the bistro.

LOVE THIS RESORT!!!!

My family LOVES this resort! The rooms are amazing with plenty of room for our family of four and very comfortable beds/bedding. Our daughters do not like sharing a bed, so the sofa bed gets used frequently and unlike most sofa beds, it is very comfortable (I believe it's a memory foam mattress, but not 100% sure). It's a little bit of a drive from the main strip, but nothing too cumbersome. Overall an excellent location for a family!

Just know, I'm reaching here...but would it would be nice to have some more food options around...but with the kitchen, we could just as easily bring our own stuff...again, I said I was reaching. :)
