Could not find our booking. Breakfast very poor on one morning no sausages no eggs left waiting for 12 minutes to be seated for breakfast

A nice place to stay in a convenient location. Thanks for a pleasant experience overall.

Super friendly and professional staff and management. Breakfast is exceptional. Our room had a balcony and a lovely view. The room itself was large and spacious- almost felt like a condo. Nice bar and restaurant. Food is good.

The hotel itself is beautiful! Really friendly and helpful staff from reception to the bar staff to the cleaners! Couldnt recommend enough!

A bit of a walk from the town if you are struggling to get taxis!

Average at best, absolutely not worth the money, have stayed in numerous B&Bs around Killarney which offer as good

Food was good, good location for inec gig

Very unaccommodating staff, we went to restaurant to be told there is no availability when the restaurant was almost completely empty, front of house was then called over after seating a table and he sat us no problem (he was very helpful and accommodating), very slow service, very overpriced for room, food was good but service very poor

It was a very short stay for us. Went to a show in the INEC, was so handy to just have to walk across the car park

Decor beautiful

Didn't like the wardrobe space. No place to hang dresses , coats or pants. Area was only suitable for hanging tops or skirts.I have never seen that in any hotel before. Quite disappointed in that aspect
