    We had a wonderful stay at The Bird.
    The Staff were all amazing, all so friendly and welcoming. Loved the attention to detail, such as the larder and the water and cookie on departure. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and we were very well looked after. Breakfast was also great. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.
    I struggled to sleep with the pillows. Far too soft... If I visited again, I would likely bring my own.

    Lovely hotel. Needs a few cosmetic touches.
    Great location and fantastic food.
    Paying 20 to park in the hotel car park is a bit cheeky.

    Rip off and dont make the same mistake I did
    300 for a box room and same price room was twice the size tried to call next day to talk to manager as I was told she was unavailable on the day and 2 weeks later still waiting

    A very comfortable stay in this friendly hotel well situated for Bath's attactions.
    Good wet room facility. Comfortable and cosy bed. Warm Room. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Staff pleasant and friendly.
    Older style windows did not keep noise outside from being heard. Not sure if ther was a lift as stairs very steep to climb.

    The size of the rooms are v small and expensive the drinks were grossly over priced 49,95 for three drinks is extortion
