Exceptional

Unforgettable.

Love the Atmosphere. The ambience was excellent and charming. We both enjoyed our stay the most. Coming back for sure.

Nothing that have made our attention to. Maybe a bit dry in the room but with all the beautiful fabric, it makes sense.

Fantastic location but terrible staff and management

Property is amazing but

staff is not at the level They dont read or dont care of Booking comments and favor nyc socialites at Breakfast rather than their guests, which is insane These people should run a restaurant only as they dont understand hotel business and client services

Property for ok. But fees?

The double charged me for the room and will not refund and will not answer calls as Cyprus numbers are deemed as spam , 1 month after visit money is still blocked

Property was fine, but its what they did to me that was the problem.

Upon check it they blocked the money for the room. Upon check out they charged me again. I complained but they said it was policy- to be charged double?? And promised in few days they would release the money. Its been more than one month and it is still blocked. Make sure you can afford double their fees if you visit. I have tried many times to contact them and no response.
