An experience.

Nothing extraordinary.

Over rated and over priced for no reason.I was supposed to stay for two weeks .. ended up staying for 10 days , if it wasnt of my Doctors appointments , would have stayed less .

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooftop bar, for hotel guests only, was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and big. The lobby, restaurant and speak easy bar are beautifully appointed and the service is FABULOUS!

Fun times. We will be back. Enjoyed the hot tub and tge steam room.

Great service. Par ici has a friendly Turkish waiter did t get the name. Spa folks very friendly. Front reception lovely folks. Chatty guy cannot remember the name who greeted us and showed us around. The spa group were very generous gave us macaroons and white wine to celebrate my daughters birthday. Give everyone a raise

The smell of barf on the Friday in one of the elevators the elevator with the picture of the girl and horse.

Great place to stay in NYC for a gym and pool and great rooms,

Amazing rooms and spa and gym. Lovely staff. Good location

Restaurant was quite expensive but i think they are opening more options soon.

Everything is fine except rude manager Anais

Nice , clean, and comfortable

One lady at the reception, who introduced herself as the manager Anais, instead of solving my problem, began to speak loudly about it so that all the people in the lobby could hear, which made me feel embarrassed. ( I was have cash and there was no money on my credit card) I traveled a lot, but I have never seen such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude! All other employees were much better than her.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They truly were exceptional. Room decor very elegant and comfortable.

We only had breakfast in the dining room - but it was less than desirable w/ stale bagels & croissants, and lukewarm eggs Benedict. BUT - the staff was exceptional. Im being critical here but The lobby - while tastefully done in typical French fashion - was not as open and opulent as I thought it would be. It was divided unnecessarily by a half wall & lacked that initial WOW factor that I expect from a brand new hotel in NYC.

Sleep there, eat somewhere else

The property is lovely

There is always some problem at the restaurant. Either staff attitude, or time it takes to get food or they ran out of something. The point is, I have stay there a couple of times since they opened and the restaurant always has an excuse for not providing top service. This morning I had to leave to work with breakfast because even though they had opened 25 minutes earlier, no one had bothered to prep my food.
