Location. Comfortable bed.

Atmosphere! Super kind and helpful team. You immediately feel they like to work together to help their guests. Also super clean and great value for money. The opposite of those hotels chains like Thompson Central Park

Beautiful hotel, great staff and perfect location.

Beautiful hotel, clean comfortable and stylish. Very quiet at night. Perfect location for us. Staff were ultra courteous and helpful. We paid for a standard queen room but were upgraded to a one-bedroom queen suite which we were delighted about.

The lack of any sort of restaurant is a great shame, and its surprising that a hotel of this calibre doesnt have any facilities for serving breakfast or even coffee in the beautiful lounge every day. I feel that the lounge has so much potential and it seems underused.

Lovely boutique hotel for singles or couples

Cleanliness, staff were very helpful and the location.

The suite was too small for 3 adults and 1 youth. The bathroom was also very small. Likewise it was very noisy from above people stamping on the floor and hallways and adjacent rooms.

Seeing New York in style

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Central ark and surrounded by good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The local subway stop is a few minutes away and just a few minutes to the centre of town. The bar in the hotel provides live music a few nights of the week and bar snacks if needed.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the hotel. The location is a good one. The facilities are excellent, with a functional gym, a great bar and excellent staff.

Love The Wallace!

Excellent UWS hotel. Room was super comfortable, accommodating, spacious, luxurious, clean and quiet. Located mid block UWS minimum street noise. Mid sized hotel not super crowded like some midtown locations. Great lounge / bar. Close to Lincoln Center / The MET Opera and The Beacon Theater. Great restaurants in the area and excellent breakfast across the street at LPQ.

Great location UWS but if you have business or a show midtown its a bit of a hike.

friendly, clean, practical, well equipped, wooden floors, coffee maker and kettle, complimentary water and snacks, gym, iron, storage space and an overall homey feeling

i found the mattress and pillows so uncomfortably soft which was a bit unexpected. The safe box was placed in an unbolted beside table which fell on my foot when I opened the drawer, but I am glad that this was fixed afterwards and that I only got a minor bruise
