wont stay here again

wifi didnt work. Hotel staff kept promising it would work in 30min. It took hours. mobile signal is very poor, so just crazy as could not work at all. If they had told the truth, I would have moved out immediately. ALso hotel is just mediocre for the price. Cost over $600. marketed as a boutique hotel. There's no lounge area to sit in. It's a small ok hotel. For this money, hotels like Soho Grand or Sixty Soho are WAY nicer

Ideally located in Soho and perfect for a short no frills stay.

Very small hotel. Small room but completely adequate for a short stay . I would stay there again for a short stay. Ideal location.

I had no dislikes but the room and hanging space is small so really only for a short stay.

Have stayed at the Broome previously and came back because of the comfortable, quiet ,safe room space and the delicious breakfast. Feels like a quaint little cafe inside the courtyard, lovely to order the soft boiled egg with truffle salt and crusty bread from Balthazar along with a made to order coffee drink! Thanks again for a pleasant stay!

We had a very happy few days' stay at the Brooke.

The hotel was elegantly designed with extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was generous and delicious.The hotel was located in an easily accessible, interesting part of town.

Clothes hanging space was poor.
