Great location, friendly staff, close to ferries for see sighting, but was expensive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The beach is close by. The rooms were clean and looked like a new hotel. The pool, not looking attractive in the picture, felt refreshingly good with clean and cool water, and the kids loved it. The restaurant has some good dishes including breakfast. We eat in the hotel for almost every meal during our stay. The Balinese and foot reflexology massages offered by the hotel were very good and relaxing. After checking out, they allowed the customers to use the pool, restaurant, and beach facilities, which was very convenient as we had a returning flight at night.

In the duplex room, we stayed on the top floor, I think the external air condition units are right above it. It creates noise but we managed to sleep after long hot days. I would not recommend staying longer than three days because the rooms are dark and hardly any views, and it feels like an apartment in a crowded city. Plus, I found it costly. I am sure I paid more than I was supposed to pay. I booked two months before our stay but a few weeks after the price dropped 30-40%. But I could not cancel the booking as it was non-refundable. Thanks, THE 101 for that. This is why I gave you 6 stars instead of 10 (I cut the 40% of the rating as you charged me 40% more than you were supposed to do). Also, it may be a time to avoid using BOOKING.COM once in for all, too.

I was upgraded to a pool room due to balcony issue and poor service. (I wanted to check out)

Very clean, great location

The staff were very nice but SO slow! Had to wait 45 mins to check in and no water was offered. I order room service and my steak was raw. Everything just took way too long. The balcony is also a safety hazard to get on and off. One huge step up. Terrible. No chair to sit on balcony either.

Very good staying, would choose for next time and recommend who is looking for 4 stars.

Fabulous breakfast. Staffs were very patient, smiling and prompt responses.

Its just my advice to improve customer services. Staffs should observe details in customer requests and explain if things were not available/happening before check in. In my case, I believe that the staffs did their best arrangements, but they did not informed me not meeting one of my requests (2 single beds for my son and daughter in duplex like family room) before checked in. When I realised and requested to arrange my request, they did it soonest. Thanks for their response. (Note: Finally, my family chose the staffs earlier best arrangement with unblock view, 1 king and 1 queen bed. My son and I slept on queen bed upstairs. My wife and daughter slept on king bed down stairs.)

Superb

This was our second time in this property. Its very nice, and one time we woke up late, but they still accommodated us for breakfast and we didnt feel like they are rushing us or anything. Very polite staffs. Tirta spa is very nice. Very reasonably priced. I love balinese massage, and its very close to our room so I get to sleep right after the massage. Their in-room dining is also nice. They have good selection of food.

We rented the cabana with the plunge pool, it was nice but I always have to wait for the sun to come up because water is very cold. I planned to swim at night but couldnt do so because the water is cold. They also forgot the happy birthday surprise that they confirmed they will do for my husbands birthday . I couldnt follow it up as my husband was with me all the time.
