It was great experience the staff was really friendly, specially Nasar, Devender and Lakshmi

The experience was great, knowing about the history and all

While the experience was great, there so little one can do, after the tour there is nothing much left, it gets boring, i wish there were more activities to do apart from the tour and evening songs and the regular gym, spa and pool. I guess you can have a theatrical ambience to show some real movies or documentaries, photo albums, perhaps make it more of a museum type. Things needs to be well preserved at hotel, specially the books. Allow people to explore the library maybe make a digital library to access the books on the shelves.

Bad hotel and I do not advise anyone to go there

It is a historic building and reminds me of Islam and the power and greatness of this religion. The location of the hotel is wonderful and excellent.

The services provided by them are very bad, as are those in charge of them, and the technicians are very bad. The worst section is the SPA and massage services.

Royal experience !

The palace is well maintained. The palace tour gives a sense of the European influence in the design. The views of the city from the palace both in day and night time are fascinating. Excellent service is the hallmark of Taj and we experienced this at the property too.

We had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel during the occasion of my sons wedding. Everyone we came into contact with, during our 5-night stay, was utterly courteous, kind and helpful. Abdul and the staff at the Adaa restaurant went out of their way to make a dining, celebratory, occasion truly memorable. We praise the hotel manager and his team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel deserves the 5* rating and we highly recommend it.
