As usual, everything was excellent starting from check in until my check out. I would like to thank all staff( at the reception, room service, restaurant, spa..) they were all helpful and very professional, taking care of all small and big details. An excellent and outstanding customer service. Yes my stay was short unfortunately due to my work trip Taj will remain my one and only choice to stay in India. Thank you once again. Laila

Overall a good experience and definitely would like stay again.

Taj lived upto its name and fame.clean property,smiling staff and a warm welcome by Ms Jasmin made us feel right at home. We would like to extend our compliments to the chef especially for wonderful and delicious dinner spread.

Improvement in parking facility. Our vehicle was parked overnight and when returned it was too dirty with birds droppings. They could have cleaned it , we wouldnt have mind paying for it.

Was very comfortable . Have always loved to stay in Taj because of their high standards of service and central locations

Taj Coromandel is very centrally placed . Their service is very prompt.

There was no face tissue box in the bath room. Just two hand towels.

Very good

Nice place,friendly staff.

We had noisy people in the room next door,we should have contacted security,our error .Next morning the offer was made of a new room,we declined,the hotel added some nice touches to our room as an appeasement we were touched by that .Thankyou.
