Exceptional

it's my second time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised that we were selected as the customer of the day and received a room upgrade. The room we got was a corner suite with stunning view and a huge bathroom. The rooms are always very clean and the TV is big. I love the view seeing over Navy Piers. There's really nothing to complain and the staff are welcoming and friendly as always.

I only stayed there a night but enjoyed all the perks that come with the hotel. They have two very delicious restaurants

Amazing lobby to walk into, we stayed there during Christmas time and their lobby was decked out with Christmas decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful for any questions needed. The coolest part was the room keys, they were made out of wood and it was small detail but really showed how much they stand out compared to other hotels.

There wasnt really anything that wasnt terrible or disorienting about the property or staff. Everything was too the tee and had no issues during my stay.

Not bad, not preferred

Restaurant staff were friendly and warm to children. However, food is very expensive and salty, especially the steaks, which was very disappointing.

See above; no bell staff after 730pm; no turn down service, to include no preps for couch beds. Limited towels, when they know how many people are in the room. No knowledge of any amenities the sales department is offering and limited ability to reach sales on the weekend/holiday (per staff report). Limited child menu.

Excellent location and facilities

Great location. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable

When checking in, it didn't show them that I had already prepaid through Booking.com. They were ready to charge me again. It is not the first hotel it happens to me.
