Relatively OK location - can walk to most attractions.
Grossly overpriced for what you get. This is not a 4* hotel - a 2* at best (by western standards). The room had dingy furniture, the barroom had black mold, there were bugs in the bathroom and the entire hotel smelled of mold. Add to that the super loud music from the bar (our room was garden level, so far below) that made it impossible to fall asleep until well into the night.

The staff was really helpful to get the room we expected in the first place, also to help us with general questions. We felt welcomed and also enjoyed the eventful evening and night in their sangria bar and restaurant. It was charming and the food tasty.
The room was ample, there was hot pleasant water in the shower, the room was clean and the bed felt like a paradise
The swimming pool was not adept for swimming since it was cold, it became an ornamental piece of water that no one could use, we expected more items during breakfast.

Worst Place to Stay
Decent property!
We reserved a family suite and two superior queen rooms for a two-night stay, totaling $750. The property itself is adequate, but our experience with the service was quite disappointing. Upon check-out, we raised our concerns with the reception staff; however, they simply acknowledged our complaints without offering an apology or any form of compensation. The staff's behavior was rather impolite, and it appears they lack proper training in customer service. This has undoubtedly been one of the most unsatisfactory hotel/resort experiences I've ever encountered.
